We all know how dirty and leaky direct injectors can get on the N5x/S5x/n2x engines. Many problems can arise from this such as nasty cold starts, misfires, mixture control codes and for those pushing the limits potentially engine failure.
We have had a DI injector machine for a few and now we have decided to open this service up to the general public.

The injectors will go through a number of rigorous test to verify their working order.
ALL INJECTORS WILL RECEIVE NEW INJECTOR SEALS
+ pre flow test
+ leak down test to determine condition of injector before servicing.
+ reaction and spray pattern tests
+ reverse and internal flushes
+ ultrasonic bath
+ post flow test and leak down
+ Every service will get an information sheet with tests and values.
+ Piezo and solenoid style injectors only.

+ Customer must ship items to out HQ (customer responsible for shipping to us) please include sheet inside with order number. as that is how we will reference back on who sent us and where to ship out the injectors.
