Return Policy

Order must be approved for return; some items are final sale only.

HR motorsports llc. offers a 30 day return on select unused items in their original, new condition only. Product must be returned in its original sealed packaging, in new condition within 30 days of the original order date for refund.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns and costumer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from our location. Please note that we do not offer returns on used, installed products or opened items.

upon arrival and inspection of the returned item we will determine eligibility of refund, upon approval we will return email with return confirmation and refund if eligible.

Your shipping number along with complete return instructions will be emailed to you after the contact us form on this page has been completed. RMA numbers are normally issued within 1 to 3 business days.

Processing time

We work around the clock to fulfill orders as fast as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-3 days. After this timeframe you may reach out to us using our contact us form or by sending us an email to sales@hrmotorsportsaz.com

We will only process orders Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Arizona time. Orders made on the weekends will be processed on the following business day.

drop ship orders may take longer due to the shipping process of the original manufacture.
